Why would you want to register? Registering online makes your shopping experience quicker and easier. Your billing and shipping information is securely stored with us so you don't need to enter it every time you place an order. You will also be able to access your account, check the status of your orders, and your ordering history. Just click on the "My Account" link to get started.

ORDER CONFIRMATION...
You will receive a confirmation of your order at the conclusion of your order process, as well as a confirmation email, including order number and an approximate total amount to be charged.

If you placed your order through an online account with a password, you may check the status of your order at any time simply by clicking on "My Account," signing in, then selecting the "View" button on the "Order History" page. We accept the following methods of payment: Visa, Mastercard, and American Express. Items are charged to your credit card as soon as your order is processed. This does not include custom orders, which are charged after the 3-day cancellation period expires.
SALES TAX...
If you reside in California, by law, you will be charged for California sales tax on your purchase.
SHIPPING POLICY
SHIPPING...
Orders are processed Monday through Friday. Please allow 1-2 business days for order processing before your package is shipped. Orders are not processed or shipped on weekends or holidays. Please keep this in mind when selecting your shipping options. We will notify you if there is an issue with filling your order. Shipping fees are based on your order's weight, destination and shipping method you choose. Shipping times are not guaranteed. We make every effort to get your merchandise to you as soon as possible. Quality workmanship takes time, so please be patient. Please be aware that ordered items may arrive in separate boxes.

RETURN POLICY
RETURNS AND EXCHANGES...
Items must be returned or exchanged to Angeli in new, unused condition, and be in original packaging with tags attached. Shipping fees are non-refundable. The following items are non-returnable: items purchased on sale, custom order items (including bedding, cribs, furniture, and items personalized). Please contact us if you are unsure if the item can or cannot be returned. Please contact us within one week of receipt of a non-returnable item to report any problems. All sales become final 14 days after you receive the item(s). Returns and exchanges must be postmarked within 14 days of your receipt of the item(s). All packages shipped include a return form, which must accompany all returns and exchanges. Please allow 1-2 weeks to process a return and issue a refund from the time we receive your item.
We strongly recommend shipping via UPS or FEDEX so you can track and insure your package. We cannot be responsible for items lost or damaged in the mail.

Suddenly change your mind? No problem. You have up to 3 business days to cancel a custom order and have the amount refunded to your credit card. After 3 days, custom orders are non-refundable. If you are unsure of what is considered custom, please contact us to verify.
